After 45 wonderful years of serving our community, we are writing to inform you that Quivira Road Animal Clinic will be permanently closing its doors.
  • Our last day seeing appointments will be October 16, 2026
  • Our final day of operation will be October 23, 2026
This decision was incredibly difficult to make. We want to express our deepest gratitude for the trust, loyalty, and privilege of caring for your beloved pets over the years. You and your pets have become an extended part of our family, and we will miss you dearly. To ensure your pet continues to receive uninterrupted veterinary medical attention, we advise you to establish a relationship with a new clinic as soon as possible. Please review the important logistics regarding your pet’s transition of care and medical records below:

📋 Medical Records & Prescription Refills

  • Automatic Email: We will email medical summary records directly to the email address you have previously provided to us
  • Clinic Transfers: We will gladly transfer a copy of your pet’s medical history to your new clinic upon request. You can request a transfer by calling us at (913) 268-3797 or emailing quiviraroadac@gmail.com
  • Deadlines: We kindly ask that all transfer requests be submitted by October 23, 2026. Our staff will also remain available to provide essential prescription refills for established patients until this final date

Dr. Linz plans to be available in a relief role to continue care with you at Companion Care Veterinary Clinic (at College and Antioch) starting in November.
